Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Behaviour Interactive is a leading Canadian gaming studio with a global presence, and we're seeking a highly skilled Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to produce timely and forward-looking financial information.
  • Act as a financial business partner, guiding operations on performance, financial risks, and opportunities.
  • Promote innovation and participate in continuous process improvement projects.
  • Develop and implement new processes and software solutions for the FP&A function.
  • Analyze data sources to extract key elements and help the company meet its objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance.
  • CPA and/or CFA designation an asset.
  • 5-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in a management position.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite software, particularly Excel.
  • Bilingual, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
