Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Services Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our catering services, ensuring that high-quality food is prepared and served to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules and production records to ensure efficient food production.
  • Direct and supervise daily activities, ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety codes and regulations.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies, ensuring accurate production and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise and evaluate employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of catering events and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in food service operations, with a focus on catering and event management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
