Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Services Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our catering services, ensuring the highest quality of food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules and production records to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Direct and supervise daily activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety codes and regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and organized food production environment, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and ordering of food and supplies.
  • Supervise and evaluate employees, providing guidance and support to promote employee growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; sanitation course completion within the first year of employment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with regular use of personal protective equipment.
