We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for the province of Quebec, a key region in our national sales strategy.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the hardware, grocery, and pharmacy sectors, focusing on increasing sales of our brand portfolio.

  • Sales Growth: Increase sales revenue with assigned key accounts by identifying new growth opportunities, negotiating programs, promotions, and business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchasing teams of key accounts to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Product Management: Manage the launch of new products and product lines, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with internal teams.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze sales data and develop action plans to optimize performance and achieve quantifiable sales objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: More than 5 years of relevant experience in key account management, preferably in household products or consumer goods.
  • Sector Knowledge: Proven experience in growing sales with national accounts in Quebec, particularly in the hardware, grocery, and pharmacy sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in French and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to prepare and present product reviews and launch presentations to major accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in data analysis and ERP systems, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
