About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to join our team at 360 Inc. as a Web Solutions Expert. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support for our various web platforms, including SEO aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the expert advisor/reference person for everything related to websites/platforms at 360 Inc.
  • Be familiar with all of our different web platforms, including the associated restrictions (OEM, platforms, etc.).
  • Review the various escalated tickets related to websites to document and direct them to the appropriate teams.
  • Be the reference person for discussions surrounding SEO.
  • Coordinate problem resolution by analyzing and prioritizing tickets for our development team, ensuring product quality after deploying fixes.
  • Work closely with our product support advisors and clients as needed to understand their issues and questions in order to find solutions.
  • Support our installation team in implementing new web solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software so as to be able to support it autonomously.
  • Document interactions in the Jira tool.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the website industry or equivalent experience.
  • General knowledge of SEO.
  • Bilingualism required (English / French).
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Analytical, with a desire to delve deep into issues.
  • Autonomous, eager to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and discipline skills.
  • Very comfortable with computer tools.
  • Team spirit.
