We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Cook to join our team at Dai Jang Kum Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory levels.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Team Management: Assist in managing kitchen operations and supervising other kitchen staff as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
