About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Chef Tian's Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized waste management system.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives and maintain a sharp and clean knife station.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, and prepare them for cooking.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Reliability, team player, dependability, and positive attitude.
What We Offer
