About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Lead to join our team at Winston Hawthorne & Co. Immigration Corp. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the creation of visual communications materials that effectively convey our company's message and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and graphic artists, ensuring that all visual communications materials meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Project Management: Oversee the production of print, audio-visual, and electronic materials, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their communications needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of design elements into overall business strategies.
  • Skills Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior graphic design role, with a proven track record of leading design teams and delivering high-quality visual communications materials.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
