About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Lead to join our team at BROAD CONSULTANT LTD. as a key member of our creative department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual communications.
  • Project Management: Estimate and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet client expectations.
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their communications needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Design Development: Create and develop graphic elements, including illustrations, typography, and visual effects, that align with client brands and messaging.
  • Production Coordination: Oversee the production of print, audio-visual, and electronic materials, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Subcontracting: Coordinate with external vendors and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Visual Storytelling: Develop compelling visual narratives that engage audiences and convey client messages effectively.
  • Design Guidelines: Establish and maintain design guidelines, including typography, color palettes, and imagery, to ensure consistency across client projects.
  • Project Evaluation: Analyze project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance future project success.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
