Fire Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Specialist to join our team at destinationone Consulting.
As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals and communities by conducting thorough inspections and assessments of fire safety systems and practices.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about fire safety and compliance.
About the Role- You will conduct regular inspections of commercial, residential, and industrial buildings to ensure compliance with fire safety codes and regulations.
- You will review and evaluate fire safety plans, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and other fire protection measures to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- You will identify and document fire hazards, code violations, and safety deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to address issues.
- You will prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspections, violations, and enforcement actions.
- You hold a relevant certification or diploma in Fire Safety, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
- You have proven experience as a fire safety inspector or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of fire safety codes and regulations.
- You possess excellent observational and analytical skills for assessing fire safety systems and identifying hazards.
- You have strong communication skills for interacting with property owners, fire officials, and municipal authorities.
- You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing inspection reports and records.
- You can stay current with evolving fire safety regulations, industry practices, and technology advancements.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
