Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Technician Level 3 to join our team at Chubb. As a key member of our fire protection services, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional workmanship and technical expertise.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronics field or a related discipline, including at least 2 years of experience servicing fire alarm systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are essential, as is a valid Provincial Driver's License. C.F.A.A. certification is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers to determine the nature of problems or troubles with fire alarm systems.
  • Perform quality work independently and recommend improvements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Test and commission fire alarm systems to ensure safe building occupancy.
  • Complete various reports and documents related to work performed.
  • Conduct inspections of fire alarm systems according to Can/ULC S536.
  • Verify fire alarm systems according to Can/ULC S537.
  • Inspect fire extinguishers according to NFPA-10.
  • Conduct emergency lightning inspections according to local authority requirements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Possession of a valid Provincial Driver's License.
  • C.F.A.A. certification.
