Job Title: Fire Alarm System Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm System Specialist to join our team at Prime Fire Systems Inc. As a Fire Alarm System Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing electronic equipment and assemblies, repairing or replacing defective or worn-out parts and components, and diagnosing and locating circuit, component, and equipment faults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair
  • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools
  • Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults
  • Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning
  • Adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic equipment and assemblies
  • Calibrate products using hand tools
  • Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports
  • Read blueprints and drawings
  • Provide customer service

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent experience
