Sales and Marketing Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Amico Clinical Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing sales documents and marketing materials, assisting sales representatives, and managing social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and create sales documents and marketing materials, including brochures, spec sheets, and manuals.
  • Assist sales representatives in reviewing and redlining contract documents and RFPs.
  • Manage and create content for various social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn.
  • Participate in and facilitate the filming of product demonstration and training videos.
  • Help schedule and facilitate sales meetings.
  • Support sales representatives, coordinate sales-related activities, and create sales support documents.
  • Create and track custom reports.
  • Coordinate with Amico teams, including engineering, project managers, production managers, and regional sales managers.
  • Directly report to the Sales Support Manager and General Manager.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively interact with various individuals and functions.
  • Ability to manage relationships with customers, distributors, and coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to learn quickly and grasp knowledge on a diverse set of products.
  • Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
  • Comfort and confidence with being on camera is an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
  • Must be personable, organized, prompt, and have a strong attention to detail.
Additional Details:
  • Full-time position, in-office, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
  • Richmond Hill, ON.
