Sales and Marketing Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Amico Clinical Solutions. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain sales documents, marketing materials, and presentations to support sales efforts.
  • Assist sales representatives in reviewing and redlining contract documents and RFPs.
  • Manage and create content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn.
  • Participate in and facilitate the filming of product demonstration and training videos.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and support sales representatives with sales-related activities.
  • Develop and track custom reports to measure sales performance.
  • Coordinate events and manage the company website.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and regional sales management.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales support manager and general manager.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various individuals and functions.
  • Ability to manage relationships with customers, distributors, and coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to learn quickly and grasp knowledge on a diverse set of products.
  • Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite an asset.
  • Comfort and confidence with being on camera an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be personable, organized, prompt, and have a strong attention to detail.
Additional Details:
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
  • Located in Richmond Hill, ON.
  • Base salary + benefits.
