About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at Lake Louise Inn. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our property, including all common areas and guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Regularly sweep, mop, and scrub hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers on a daily basis.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Appliance Maintenance: Perform minor repairs on appliances and ensure they are in good working order.
  • Moving and Storage: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Landscape Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
