Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Games Attendant to join our team at TRAPPED. As a Games Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our amusement park, including scheduling work, issuing score sheets, and monitoring equipment for wear and damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule work and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Issue score sheets and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor equipment to detect wear and damage, and perform routine maintenance as needed
  • Operate rides and amusements, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed
  • Monitor safety areas and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Operate game booths and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Perform maintenance on rides and equipment, and ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner
  • Clean and maintain recreational facilities and grounds
  • Secure and release safety belts and bars
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and respond accordingly
  • Operate 4-wheel drive vehicles and check motor room equipment, gear boxes, carriage and tension systems for safe operation
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments and monitor quality and production levels
  • Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items and requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers and wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles
  • Provide customer service and establish work schedules and procedures
