Games Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Games Attendant to join our team at Trapped. As a Games Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our amusement park attractions.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate work schedules to ensure efficient operation of rides and attractions.
- Issue Score Sheets: Distribute score sheets to customers and collect them after use.
- Monitor Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain ride equipment to prevent wear and damage.
- Operate Rides: Safely operate and manage the operation of amusement park rides.
- Monitor Safety: Ensure the safety of customers and staff by monitoring the safety area.
- Operate Game Booth: Manage the game booth, including operating games and handling customer transactions.
- Perform Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on rides and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Clean Facilities: Clean and maintain recreational facilities and grounds.
- Secure Safety Belts: Ensure safety belts and bars are securely fastened and released as needed.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed.
- Operate Vehicles: Safely operate 4-wheel drive vehicles as required.
- Inspect Equipment: Regularly inspect motor room equipment, gear boxes, carriage, and tension systems for safe operation.
- Assist Clients: Assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Coordinate Activities: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Monitor Quality: Monitor quality and production levels.
- Oversee Cleaning: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items.
- Requisition Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve Work Problems: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise Staff: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers.
- Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for guests.
- Establish Schedules: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
