Job Title: Games Attendant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Games Attendant to join our team at Trapped. As a Games Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our amusement park attractions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule work and manage game booth operations
- Issue score sheets and monitor equipment for wear and damage
- Operate rides and amusements, and monitor safety areas
- Perform maintenance on rides and equipment, and clean and maintain recreational facilities and grounds
- Secure and release safety belts and bars, and assist clients/guests with special needs
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and monitor quality and production levels
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and resolve work problems and provide technical advice
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and provide customer service
- Establish work schedules and procedures, and assist with emergency situations
Requirements:
