About the Role

Cork And Crisp Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Industrial Equipment: Safely operate industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, and other heavy-duty cleaning equipment to remove debris, dirt, and other refuse from our facilities.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that all waste is disposed of in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including contacting contractors for repairs and maintenance of our facilities, and performing safety and security checks.
  • Groundskeeping: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
  • Supervision: Work with minimal supervision, and take initiative to complete tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 30 hours per week.
