Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Land Surveyor Assistant at NEW MAPLE GEOMATICS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting land surveys, including measuring and recording property boundaries and topographic features.
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including total stations and GPS devices.
  • Clean and maintain surveying tools and equipment, as well as the work area.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in land surveying.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; willingness to train.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various locations, including remote areas.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move equipment and materials.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, gloves, safety glasses/goggles, and rain gear required.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Permanent work arrangement, 30-40 hours per week.
