Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Land Surveyor Assistant to join our team at NEW MAPLE GEOMATICS INC. The successful candidate will assist our surveying team in various locations, performing tasks such as moving tools and equipment, holding stakes during surveying activities, and cleaning machines and work areas.

Responsibilities
  • Assist surveyors in the field, performing tasks such as moving equipment and holding stakes
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
  • Ensure a safe working environment by wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work outdoors in various locations
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week
Work Environment

Our team works in various locations, and the successful candidate will be required to travel to these sites. The work environment is outdoors, and the candidate must be able to work in this setting.
