About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at NEW MAPLE GEOMATICS INC. as a Land Surveyor Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior surveyors in conducting field surveys and data collection.
  • Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including total stations and GPS devices.
  • Help with data processing and analysis using specialized software.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient surveying operations.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Work Environment

As a Land Surveyor Assistant, you will work outdoors in various locations, including construction sites, urban areas, and rural regions.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work at heights and in challenging weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry equipment and tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
