Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Technology M&A engagements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior client executives to understand their technology needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on technology due diligence, separation planning, synergy planning, and transition planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in technology consulting, with a focus on infrastructure management, design, and operations.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior client executives and team members.
  • Deep understanding of business operations, including financial literacy and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Experience with technology blueprinting and roadmapping, as well as familiarity with multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructure environments.
