Overview

KPMG Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Technology to join our Strategy and Deal Execution practice. As a key member of our Technology Mergers and Acquisitions team, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate the complex world of technology transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Technology Mergers and Acquisitions engagements, including due diligence, separation planning, and integration
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to drive business value and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our practice
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in Technology consulting, with a focus on Infrastructure management and operations
  • Industry experience in a senior IT role, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructure environments
  • Industry certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, are an asset
