About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Technology to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Technology Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate the complex world of technology transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Technology M&A engagements, including due diligence, separation planning, synergy planning, and transition planning.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business value and minimize risk for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in Technology consulting and/or system migrations, with a focus on data strategy, management, and execution.
  • Deep understanding of business operations, including financial literacy and ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent client interaction and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present and synthesize key information.
  • Full lifecycle experience of performing large-scale data migrations, including ERP migrations.
  • Experience with data integration and migration approaches, including ELT and data pipelines.
