Security Operations Manager

Challenger Security Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and providing guidance and support to our security personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our security team to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
- Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of security-related activities.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit progress reports, and maintain accurate records of security-related activities and incidents.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required to support security operations.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, and provide training on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
