As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting accurate diagnostic specimen testing and reporting. This role requires strong laboratory skills and extensive experience across a broad spectrum of diagnostic and interpretive specimen analyses.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and troubleshoot various diagnostic assays and other analytical tests.
- Support new assay development using advanced technologies.
- Manage clinical samples, prepare reagents, maintain laboratory inventories, and perform equipment maintenance.
Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
• Diploma or B.Sc. in medical laboratory sciences or biological sciences
• 5+ years of experience in a medical, industry, or scientific lab setting
• Proficiency in high-throughput clinical assays, including electrochemiluminescence, ELISA, and xMAP technologies
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to laboratory protocols
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and technical writing skills
