Job Summary:

The Physiotherapist will work in conjunction with the Occupational Therapist, Nursing Services, Recreation Programs, and other caregivers to provide assessment and treatment services for assigned residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct assessment and treatment services for residents in accordance with diagnosis and the overall plan of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve residents' goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
  • Licensed member of the Association of Physiotherapists of Manitoba.
  • Ability to speak Ukrainian or Polish an asset.
  • Computer skills an asset.
  • Good mental and physical health and good attendance to meet the requirements of the position.
