About Us

We operate as Canada's premier private jet company, offering a range of services including aircraft management, maintenance, charter, and sales. Our team of over 550 dedicated employees shares a common vision: to redefine the way you fly and provide unparalleled service and unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service support for the Shell Aerocentre, ensuring seamless interactions with clients.
  • Marshal aircraft and offer ground services such as lavatory, water, and power services according to Shell and IAS standards.
  • Refuel aircraft safely and efficiently, adhering to established procedures.
  • Promptly defuel aircraft, following standard protocols.
  • Offer hangar moves, towing, and other services required by clients or sister companies within the IMP Group.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure compliance with Shell and IAS standards.
  • Ensure the FBO area, Lineman office, and equipment remain clean and organized.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions and ongoing recurrent programs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently meeting high standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on operational requirements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a high school education.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Hold a valid Driver License Class 3, which must be maintained throughout employment.
  • Pass Transport Canada Security Clearance (MOT) requirements.
  • Obtain a Radio Operator Certificate.
  • Experience in aircraft refueling is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Outstanding customer service skills are highly valued.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.
