Senior Partner Marketing Director

Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Partner Marketing Manager to lead our partner marketing initiatives in the Americas. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with our Head of Marketing and SVP Partnership and Alliances to develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a partner marketing strategy for the Americas region
- Manage stakeholder engagement and approvals
- Plan and execute events, including logistics and budget management
- Build and manage a content repository
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing opportunities and trends
- Work with the Growth Marketing team to keep Hubspot up to date with partner marketing results
- 7+ years of experience in partner marketing
- Proven track record of achieving marketing goals
- Strong understanding of partner marketing within a web/product development environment
- Experience with event planning and execution
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proficiency with a CRM, preferably Hubspot
