Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Partner Marketing Manager to lead our partner marketing initiatives in the Americas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth marketing through partner channels and will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a partner marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Americas
  • Manage and grow partner relationships to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content plans, event strategies, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
  • Oversee partner marketing budget management and ensure effective use of resources
  • Build and maintain a content repository and programmatic processes to manage content creation with partners
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, opportunities, and partner feedback to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue
  • Strong understanding of partner marketing within a web/product development environment
  • Experience with event planning, execution, and performance management
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Hubspot
