We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Project Manager to join our team at the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) York Region. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the York Region Mental Health Community Care Hub Project.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading medium to large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for assisting the Project Director in the development and implementation of project plans, budgets, and timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Manage project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes
- Track project progress and identify areas for improvement
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal and external partners, to ensure project success
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering, construction, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting
