Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

At CANUS ADVISORS LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues
* Conduct research and analysis to identify and resolve complex technical problems
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement technical solutions
* Provide training and guidance to users on the use of our systems and applications
* Participate in the design and development of new technical solutions

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Work Environment:

* 40 hours per week
* English language
