We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive our product strategy and roadmap. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for understanding our customers, the Absorb business, and the market to create products that delight and help us lead the LMS space.
## Key Responsibilities
* Dive deep into customer research, data analysis, and market trends to inform product decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product strategies that meet customer needs
* Work with the latest AI innovations, upskilling techniques, and personalization tools to build products that wow our users
* Develop and manage community features that drive learner engagement and moderation capabilities
* Determine strategy and measure outcomes to empower customers with self-serve tools and functionality
## What You'll Need
* 5+ years of experience in Product Management or similar experience in B2B SaaS organizations
* Empathetic and curious, with strength in using customer research, qualitative and quantitative data to make decisions
* Excellent team and relationship building abilities, with both internal and external parties
* Strong communication and writing skills, including the ability to distil complex topics into effective, executive-friendly presentations
* Expertise in applying agile and software development methodologies
* Project management and problem solving skills, with excellent business acumen
