Product Development Senior Manager

At Minto, we're committed to delivering exceptional products that meet our customers' needs. As a Product Development Senior Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our product strategy and executing its implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and implement new product research, innovation, and design strategies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of the design vision
• Manage external consultants and suppliers to drive customer value

Requirements:

• College Diploma or University Degree in Architecture
• Minimum of five years of experience in project management, design development, and residential construction
• Knowledge of the Alberta Building Code and other relevant regulations
• AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management skills
