As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality family support services to children and families in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Completes program-related assessments and establishes goals with families.

\u2022 Advocates for families and supports the development of a network of resources.

\u2022 Provides parent skills training and individual and family counselling.

\u2022 Attends to the safety of all family members and intervenes in crisis situations.

\u2022 Participates in weekly supervision, case reviews, and team meetings.

\u2022 Reports workplace hazards and incidents to their supervisor.

\u2022 Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

\u2022 Degree in Human Sciences, Childcare, or a related field.

\u2022 Minimum two to four years\u0027 experience working with infants, children, and families.
