About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at GUAC MEXI GRILL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Supervision: You will supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are maintained.
  • Staff Management: You will train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as hire and manage food service staff to meet our business needs.
  • Inventory Management: You will estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service: You will address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that their experience with us is positive and memorable.
Requirements
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management principles.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
