We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at KFC.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of business processes and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of up to 20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to withstand fast-paced environments.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
