About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at CAE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the success of our air traffic services division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule training events, manage student and instructor resources, and coordinate with customers to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for customers, managing daily sales requests, change orders, and customer inquiries.
  • Operational Management: Track and report on operational, financial, and customer key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Process Improvement: Identify and lead improvement activities to enhance the customer journey, and facilitate or construct new processes to support client needs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Training Managers and Center Leaders, to ensure operational challenges are addressed and solutions are implemented.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or coordinator-type roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience interfacing directly with clients and key stakeholders at major customer accounts.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to maintain strong customer orientation under adverse circumstances, strong focus on quality with a continuous drive towards process improvement and customer satisfaction.
