About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Parswami Investments Ltd. dba South Point Pharmacy & Medical Clinic. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pharmacy Operations: Assist with the preparation, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a pharmacy or related field is an asset.
