Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate with patients, dentists, and hygienists to schedule appointments, taking into account treatment plans and patient availability.
- Patient Communication: Communicate effectively with patients via phone, email, or in-person to gather information, provide instructions, and address concerns.
- Front Office Administration: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, billing, and inventory management to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient office operations.
- Education: A college diploma or equivalent is required; certification in dental assisting would be an asset.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the dental industry.
