About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscaper to join our team at Good Guys Property Maintenance Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and constructing beautiful landscapes for our residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Plan - Provide detailed estimates and plans for landscape projects, taking into account client requirements and site conditions.
  • Design and Construct - Design and build stunning landscapes, including planting and maintaining private and public lawns and gardens.
  • Assess and Survey - Conduct site assessments and surveys to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Clients - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and deliver high-quality results that meet their expectations.
Requirements
  • Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience - 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Work Environment - Ability to work in a noisy and outdoors environment.
  • Work Setting - Experience working in a landscape contractor setting.
  • Physical Capabilities - Ability to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.
  • Personal Suitability - Flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
