Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations
  • Manage and maintain enterprise systems, including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms
  • Provide technical support for infrastructure-related issues and questions from across the enterprise

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on network and systems administration
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex network architectures
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
  • Fluency in multiple programming languages, including Python, Java, and C++
