Your Mission:

As our next Assistant Financial Reporting Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering accurate financial information to Johnson Electric Corporate and external stakeholders. Your expertise in financial reporting and accounting will be crucial in driving our success and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

  3. Accounting Expertise: Review all journal entries made by the Shared Services Finance team.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Accounting Background: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  2. Financial Reporting Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with experience in Epicor-CMS, Microsoft Office, Power BI, Cognos, and Oracle FCCS preferred.
Bonus Points:
  1. Public Accounting Experience: Experience in a public accounting firm or automotive/manufacturing environment.
  2. International Experience: Exposure to working in an international environment, with multi-currencies and different time-zones preferred.
  3. Cognos and Oracle FCCS Experience: Cognos and Oracle FCCS consolidation experience preferred.
