Job Title: Senior Financial Advisor Assistant

Location: Stratford

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our Senior Financial Advisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial administration and excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Respond to client requests via phone, email, or Univeris software, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, prepare daily account paperwork, and process transactions/trades in a timely manner.
  • Account Management: Process all aspects of account openings, updates, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain the digital filing system, handle client requests and paperwork for tax season, and update the client database.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports for KYC Expiry and Non-Suitable Clients, and track short- and long-term projects and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Mutual Funds License (preferred), completed AML/Compliance training, and CE credits.
  • Experience: Min. 2-5 years of experience in a financial administrative role or with an Advisor.
  • Skills: Strong digital literacy, research skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
