About the Job:

The Manager, Business Operations will be responsible for ensuring an exciting and dynamic player-focused entertainment experience through stakeholder/partner relationships, customer satisfaction, and leadership and development of staff.

The successful candidate will reference gaming policies and procedures and game information to ensure efficient and effective operation of BCLC gaming services, maximizing profit and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues positively impacting the player experience.
  • Complete complex escalations of customer service issues related to their gaming experience.
  • Collaborate with player health teams to ensure products are aligned with responsible gambling ambitions.
  • Work with service providers on business plans that align with revenue targets, divisional strategies, and operational efficiency.

  • Exceptional leadership skills, including planning, assigning work, and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, owning strategic relationships, and bringing teams together to solve complex problems.
  • Problem-solving skills, understanding when to escalate issues.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and financial impacts.
  • Ability to manage time across multiple locations and issues that arise.
