Senior Support Specialist for Associations and Sales
You will be under the general direction of the National Association Manager. This role provides senior support in the delivery and service excellence of the associations team goals and objectives. In addition, you will be supporting sales and corporate development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares presentations, proposals, and reports for associations managers and senior leadership.
- Coordinates and schedules meetings for the associations team where needed.
- Completes monthly analysis and reporting.
- Maintains association record management and account reconciliation.
- Conducts monthly new business audits for membership in associations.
- Coordinates accounting and necessary payments, donation matching in collaboration with the corporate social responsibility manager.
- Arranges the creation and execution of all association agreements and sponsorships payments as needed.
- Works in partnership with internal stakeholders to coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns with association partnerships for events, as needed.
- Represents Northbridge at associations events where needed.
- Leads/co-leads key events for sales, including the sales kick-off and presidents council.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or related work experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related role.
- Exposure to a sales environment is an asset.
