About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associations and Sales Specialist to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a key member of our associations team, you will provide senior support in delivering and achieving team goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for associations managers and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the associations team as needed.
  • Complete monthly analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain association record management and account reconciliation.
  • Conduct monthly new business audits for membership in associations.
  • Accounting and necessary payments, donation matching in collaboration with our corporate social responsibility manager.
  • Arrange the creation and execution of all association agreements and sponsorships payments as needed.
  • Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns with association partnerships for events, as needed.
  • Represent Federated at associations events as needed.
  • Lead/co-lead key events for sales, including the annual sales kick and presidents council.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or related work experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Exposure to a sales environment is an asset.
