Digital Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across owned channels (onsite, mweb, app, and email).
- Evolve creative campaign development based on consumer insights, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships to meet briefing deadlines and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and of high quality.
- Improve campaign personalization and targeting to maximize relevance and performance across different customer segments.
- Work with the planning and propositions team to identify consumer patterns and trends to ensure all customer audience segments receive relevant content.
- Present campaigns to senior stakeholders to engage, influence, and inspire.
- Extensive experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful, integrated multi-channel campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms, email marketing, dynamic content, segmentation, integration, and activation.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of managing KPIs with impact on business performance.
- A competitive salary: CAD $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
