About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to provide professional assessment, coordination, supervision, and coaching to Community Support Workers.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience working with patients in their homes and communities is essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide professional assessment and develop effective care plans for patients in their homes and communities.
