About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to provide professional assessment, coordination, supervision, and coaching to Community Support Workers.
- The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience working with patients in their homes and communities is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional assessment and develop effective care plans for patients in their homes and communities.
- Coordinate and supervise Community Support Workers to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy.
